I have been thinking of selling jewelry that my mother to pay my bills has not been easy. I remember seeing her wear most of these pieces when I was very young. I would sneak into her room and try them on and when she caught me, she would always tell me that someday they would all be mine and I would not have to sneak around to put them on. I was very sad the day that my mother passed and moved all of her possessions to a storage unit except for her jewelry box.

I have been having a hard time with life, my career and just getting by so selling jewelry to a pawn shop, or a jewelry store is looking like the only way to pay all my delinquent bills. I got the idea to sell old jewelry from a commercial that I saw on television last night where they show you how much other people got for just selling old jewelry they no longer wear or need.

Some of the amounts that the people were given were really high. If they were being truthful, one guy was given twenty four hundred dollars for a few rings, some gold coins and two necklaces. He probably did not even pay that much for them when they were new.
